Junior Sales Representative - JP0010-002

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for driving sales and developing business opportunities in the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg), DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and regions within France. As the Junior Sales Representative, you will be a key player in expanding our market presence, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Expand magtivio’s business in the Benelux and parts of France and Germany
  • Increase sales at existing customers and generate new customers
  • Maintain the CRM system for customers, opportunities and leads
  • Provide customer product presentations and demonstrations together with the technical team
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and generate new business leads, in both local as well as international events
  • Contribute to the strategic development by communication of market and competitor trends
  • Take the lead in complaint handling and customer support
  • Assist where needed and contribute across the organization


Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or comparable education
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service in clinical and/or agro markets is preferred
  • Driver’s license
  • Able and willing to spend up to 70% of the time visiting customers and leads
  • An accurate and conscientious work attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French and/or German preferred
  • Good office administration and CRM skills
  • Required competencies: ambitious, persistent, flexible, independent and results-oriented.

Senior Sales Representative - JP0011-002

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for driving sales and developing business opportunities in Europe. As the Senior Sales Representative, you will be a key player in expanding our market presence, set-up strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a European strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth/expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and maximizing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Use the CRM system for quoting customers, follow-up of opportunities and tracking leads
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, regular reports, and updates to management regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Provide customer product presentations and demonstrations together with the technical team
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and generate new business leads, in both local as well as international events
  • Contribute to strategic development by communication of market and competitor trends
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, provide guidance, training, coaching as needed
  • Assist where needed and contribute across the organization


Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or comparable education
  • 3 to 5 years of experience selling/managing life science solutions in clinical and/or agro markets
  • Driver’s license
  • Able and willing to spend up to 70% of time visiting customers and leads
  • An accurate and conscientious work attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French and/or German preferred
  • Good office administration and CRM skills
  • Required competencies: leading, ambitious, persistent, flexible, independent and results-oriented.

R&D Associate / Project Leader - JP0009-001

We are looking for an R&D Associate / Project Leader

The R&D Associate / Project Leader supports and executes design and development work.

Responsibilities

  • Performing research experiments for Proof of Concept
  • Design and development work in accordance with ISO 13485, including
    • Generating design input for new products, establishing reference methods and defining acceptance criteria for functional requirements, and other product specifications
    • Prototype optimization
    • Setting up plans for stability evaluation of IVD reagents, performance evaluation (PEP) and process validation, executing the tests and reporting
    • Writing Instructions For Use, Safety Data Sheets and other information provided to the user
  • Design transfer from D&D to manufacturing
  • Technical writing for documentation of In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices
  • Coordinate with the D&D team to prioritize and schedule work to meet deadlines


Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor degree in biochemistry, molecular biology or comparable education
  • Familiar with IVDR, ISO 13485 and ISO 14791
  • An accurate and conscientious work attitude
  • Work experience in an industrial environment
  • Excellent communication skills, at least in English, preferably also in Dutch and German
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Access
  • Required competencies: ambitious, analytical, independent, results-oriented
