Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Logistic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling, storage, and transportation of chemical products in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the inbound and outbound shipment of raw materials, intermediates, and finished chemical products.
• Assist with the preparation and verification of all documentation incl. customs related to deliveries
• Ensure accurate labelling, packaging and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals according to internal protocols and regulatory requirements (ADR, IATA)
• Track and monitor deliveries to customers to ensure accurate and timely arrival
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve transportation issues or delays in a timely manner
• Work closely with production, warehouse and procurement teams to manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
• Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations during handling and transport of chemicals
