We are looking for a versatile Customer Success Representative who is ready to wear multiple hats, take ownership of key responsibilities, and collaborate closely with our sales, logistics, and marketing teams.
Position Overview
As a Customer Success Representative at Magtivio B.V., you will be a vital part of a small, tight- knit team where your flexibility, initiative, and willingness to take on a variety of tasks will be key to your success. You will assist with sales support, back office activities, and logistics while collaborating closely with the Marketing Communication Specialist to drive lead nurturing and conversion. A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment will be essential in this multifaceted role.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring all sales-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with customer information, sales stages, and interaction details, ensuring all data is accurate and actionable.
• Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Work closely with the Marketing Communication Specialist to support lead nurturing and successful lead conversion, tracking performance and optimizing the sales funnel. Engage with incoming leads, qualify them, and pass them to the sales team when ready for conversion. Align marketing campaigns with sales efforts to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales closing.
• Order & Logistics Processing: Manage and coordinate order fulfilment, collaborating with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Handle shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, labels, customs forms) and resolve any logistical issues that arise. Monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics to ensure stock levels match customer demand.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, orders, pricing, and delivery status, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Sales & Logistics Reporting: Track and generate sales and logistics reports, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Back Office Administration: Support various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining both sales and logistics records.
• Collaboration & Flexibility: Work closely with all team members, including sales, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and processes across departments. Be ready to assist in areas outside of your core responsibilities as needed.
• Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers and support the sales and marketing teams effectively.
