Position Overview
IT Specialist | part-/full-time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Specialist to join our team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, from the internal server landscape to our AI-powered infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
• IT experience in MS Windows, Linux and network technology
• Experience and knowledge of an Intranet/Extranet environment based on Nextcloud + Nextcloud Office and odoo ERP
• Operation of Ubuntu-based servers under Proxmox
• E-mail integration via an external mail server
• Setup and maintenance of AI servers (Ollama, n8n, etc.)
• Container orchestration with Nomad/Docker: job definitions (HCL), resource planning, network configuration
• Linux system administration (Ubuntu Server): systemd services, storage mounts (CIFS/NFS), permission management
• Backup and disaster recovery concepts: rsync-based backups, restore documentation, testing
• GPU computing: CUDA/NVIDIA drivers, memory management for LLM and image generation workloads
• Network technology: reverse proxying, Cloudflare Tunnel
• Hardware diagnostics: RAM/mainboard compatibility, BIOS configuration, troubleshooting boot issues
• Documentation: maintaining restore guides and architecture documentation

Laboratory Buffer Preparation & Packaging Associate | part-/full-time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laboratory Buffer Associate to support laboratory and logistics operations. The role involves preparing buffers according to established protocols, accurately labeling products and packaging them for storage or shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities
Buffer Preparation
• Prepare laboratory buffers and solutions according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Measure, mix and adjust solutions accurately using laboratory equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and equipment
• Record preparation details and batch information accurately
Labeling
• Label buffers and materials clearly and accurately according to regulatory and internal requirements
• Verify labels for correctness (content, concentration, date, batch number, expiration)
• Ensure traceability and documentation compliance
Packaging & Logistics Support
• Package prepared buffers safely for internal use, storage or shipment
• Ensure packaging meets quality, safety and transport requirements
• Assist with inventory tracking and stock management
• Coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams as needed
Quality & Safety
• Follow laboratory safety guidelines and company policies at all times
• Report deviations, errors, or equipment issues promptly
• Support quality control and audit processes when required
